How to record videos like Salman Khan?

I don't think that there is anyone who doesn't know Khan Academy, at least there shouldn't be. Nevertheless not everyone knows that there is nothing difficult in setting up the tools to do this.
What do we need?

1. Computer :) OSX, or Windows 8
2. Graphical Tablet like Wacom Bamboo
3. Camtasia or other screen recording software
4. Autodesk SketchBook Express (you can download it here: Windows 8 or OSX) 

How to do this?

 1. Run SketchBook Express

 2. New project will be created 

3. From the bottom (island) menu choose Layers 

4. Select layer called: Background  

 5. From the tools menu - it appears after clicking selected tool in the island menu - choose Flood Fill, select black and color background.

6. Black will be the best, but choose your own way

7. Before you start recording from Layers choose layer that will be above selected Background and from Tools select BallPen - it works best. 

 8. Run Camtasia, choose Custom Region.

 9. Select region. 

 10. Push Rec.

11. and create your video.
